Membership, Definition, Cancellation and Renewal Policies
Head of Household Members must be at least 18 years old. One (1) Head of Household Member is allowed per Membership account. Up to Five (5) Dependent Members can be added to a Family membership. A Dependent Member is another adult person (which can be a spouse) sharing the same residence as one on ?le for the Head of Household Member. A Dependent Member can also be an unmarried child or legal ward of the Head of Household Member, having the same residence as the one on ?le for the Primary Member (provided that this residency requirement can apply to a Dependent Member who is away at school).
Memberships become effective immediately after the purchase or renewal of your Membership, following proof of verified payment.
Membership Renewal Policy
We will send you Three (3) renewal notices before your Membership expires. Your renewal dues are payable on or before the day your Membership expires to ensure active, usable status. Upon expiration, Membership will be unusable, but renewable using the membership ID and password originally issued.
Memberships are not automatically renewed. Members must voluntarily renew to retain active, usable status.
Upon renewal it is the members responsibility to update all contact information, to ensure members will continue to receive renewal notices and updates of membership news throughout the Twelve (12) month period of membership.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Members have the right to cancel their Membership for any reason within 30 days of joining or renewing AAPP-SimpleCare. You must notify AAPP-SimpleCare via email or in writing, in order to receive a full refund of the membership fee, if you elect to cancel your Membership during the first 30 days. After 30 days no refunds will be offered.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to process
